STRYDE4 Melbourne Corporate Challenge 2026 – Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is STRYDE4 Pty Ltd , 33 Boyer Road, Beacon Hill NSW 2100.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to registered participants of the STRYDE4 Melbourne Corporate Challenge 2026, held on Thursday 15 October 2026.
Each eligible participant receives one entry. No additional purchase, donation or fundraising minimum is required.
Employees directly involved in administering the prize draw and their immediate families are excluded.
3. Entry period
Entries close at 5pm AEDT on 15 November 2026. All eligible participants registered by this time will automatically be included.
4. Prize
One winner will receive a voucher generously provided by Pullman Melbourne City Centre, comprising:
One night's accommodation in a Superior Room for two people.
Breakfast for two at Eva's Restaurant.
The prize is valid until 30 December 2027. Bookings are subject to availability. Blackout dates include Saturdays, public holidays and special events.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. No credit or change will be provided for unused portions. The certificate must be presented at check-in and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
Total prize value: approx. $400.
5. Winner selection
One winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries at 5pm AEDT on 15 November 2026, at 33 Boyer St, Beacon Hill.
Every eligible entry will have an equal chance of winning. The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
6. Winner notification
The winner will be notified in writing using the email address provided during registration within 10 business days of the draw.
The winner's name will be published on https://www.stryde4.com.au/tcs-prize-draw on 16 November 2026 . If the prize value exceeds $1,000, the winner's name will remain published for at least 28 days.
If the winner cannot be identified or contacted despite reasonable attempts, a redraw may be conducted.
7. Prize delivery
The prize voucher will be provided to the winner within 28 days of the draw.
Travel, additional meals, incidental expenses and other costs not expressly included in the prize are the winner's responsibility.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected through STRYDE4 registration will be used to administer the prize draw, verify eligibility and contact the winner. It will not be provided to the prize supplier for marketing purposes without consent.
9. General
The promotion is subject to applicable Victorian laws and regulations. The promoter will conduct the draw fairly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
